Jeongok Traditional Market is a traditional market in Paju, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea.

🛡 DMZ Tourist Destination: Defense Fortress of Goguryeo🛡
Horogoro, a key defense fortress of Goguryeo, one of the Three Kingdoms of Korea.
Located on the east, it had high walls and
natural columnar joint cliffs from the Imjin and Hantan rivers, which acted as additional defense barriers.
It was one of three major fortresses,
along with Eundae-seong and Dangpo-seong, forming the southern defense line of Goguryeo.
Horogoro had a strategic location near a low-depth crossing of the Imjin River,
allowing easy troop movement but also making it vulnerable to invasions.
The passage concludes with a mention of a visit to the Horogoro Public Relations Hall,
where the history and relics of the fortress are displayed,
focusing on its role during the Three Kingdoms period.
